Payment
Payment is due prior to the start of daycare.
Payment is due every Monday by the close of 5:30 pm. By closing time if payment hasn't been received there is a $5.00 daily late fee applied to all overdue payments. If payment isn't received on time, your child's position is considered available and could be filled.
Forms of payment accepted is:
- Checks
- Money Orders
- Cash
- Paypal
Please note there's a consumer reporting agency exclusively for childcare providers, that legally allows the provider to report parents who consistently neglect to make their daycare payment or those a provider sends to a childcare collection agency.
Use PayPal when you are out of town, your child is out of daycare during an illness, or you wish to avoid paying a late fee due to a forgotten payment drop off at the facility. Payments must be received before 5:30 pm on the day it is due according to your contract. Please remember that all Tuition Fees are Due on the 1st of the Month for those who pay monthly. For those who pay weekly, payments are due on Monday of Each Week.
Drop in care must be paid at the facility.
