Important General Guidelines (abbreviated)

1. *Parent will make substitute care arrangements in case of any closings.
2. *Parent must complete all forms required by California Daycare Licensing and TBD policies before child may attend. Must have a current copy of immuzation record.
3. *All children are on a two week trial and may be asked to withdrawal from Teddy Bear Daycare at any time during this two week period. After two weeks parents or provider must give a written two weeks notice or pay the two weeks tution.
4. *NO toys or food are to be brought to daycare.
5. *Any child who is vomiting, or has excessive diarrhea or a fever over 100 degrees are not permitted at daycare until 24 hours free of symptoms.
6. *All parents must call to let me know if you are not showing for that day so I'm not waiting for your child to show.
7. *Drop ins...if I schedule you for the day, you are responsible for paying for that day.
8. *There is a late fee of $5.00 per day if you do not pay tuition by Monday.
9. *If your children are picked up late, after 5:30 p.m., there is a late fee you have to pay according to your contract. Late payment is due at time of pickup.
10. *Please do not allow your child to run and play in driveway. You are to either hold your child's hand or carry them to your vehicle.
11. *Have your child dressed and ready for the day with clean clothes, clean diaper, hair combed and shoes on.
